Italian Fratata


Fratata

Grate in food processor
  • 2 zucchini

  • salt
  • pepper 
  • mint
  • and squeeze out the excess water.
  • olive oil and into the pan
  • thyme
  • Parmesan cheese
  • fetta cheese crushed on top.

Preheat oven to 425.  Cook for about 5 minutes,

  • 6 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pinch cayenne
  • 1/2 spoon truffle oil
  • thyme/oregono

Salad
  • olive oil
  • lemon
  • salt / pepper
  • mint
  • celery | middle shop super fine and then be done.
  • watercress
  • fresh peas raw

Crustini
  • ciabatta bun toasted
  • 1/2 clove of garlic rubbed onto the bread. 
  • olive oil drizzled on
  • cut a couple of cherry tomatoes in half and rub onto the bread
  • oregano sprinkled on.
