Ingredients for a big batch of sauce.
- Olive Oil for pot
- 1 Onion (Chopped Small)
- 1 Zuchini (Chopped Small)
- 3-5 Carrots (Depends on size) (Chop Small)
- 3-5 Sticks of Celery (Depending on Size) (Chop Small)
- 1kg of Ground Beef
- 1 Pound Pork. (if not using a 1kg of ground beef)
- 1 whole garlic (Squish with garlic crusher)
- 2 Green Peppers (Chop Small)
- 1 Can Crushed Tomato (Just Pour In)
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce (Just Pour In)
- Italian Spices
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil, Onions, Zuchini. Cook until browned. Then Remove from heat into another pot. Add the Carrots and the Celery keep on minimum heat.
- Ground Beef / Pork. Cook on own until meat is greyed. Add the crushed Garlic in as well while cooking.
- After Meat is done, add back the vegetables. Add cans of tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian spices to flavour.
- Stir and then add in the Green peppers. They need only 5-15 minutes of cooking.
- Let simmer on low heat for 3-4 hours if possible.
