Carrot, Honey, and Ginger Soup

Makes 20

Melt butter in pot
  • 2 tbsp butter

In the food processor, then into pot, cook until soft.
  • 6 cups carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 10cm piece fresh giner
  • 3 celery sticks

Add 4 1/2 cups chicken broth.  Make soup consistency like cream.  Then Add:
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives to garnish
