Pasta Pesto


Chicken
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 tbsp gapeseed oil
  • 1 - 2 chillies
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4-8 cloves of garlic.  keep in clove.  

Pasta & Pesto
  • 250g green beans
  • 1 big bunch of fresh basil
  • 50g blanched almonds
  • 50g Parmesan cheese + extra to serve
  • 2 tbspn extra vergin olive oil
  • 1/2 or 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic | crushed into processor
  • 300g fresh lasagne sheets | 2-3 minutes to cook 
  • 200g baby spinach
