Curry (Ronnie)

Butter chicken style Curry.

  • Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
Cook in a pot and brown.  Once brown take out and set aside.

  • 1 can crushed tomato.  Add a bit water and simmer.
  • 1 coconut milk (after tomatoes has simmered)
  • 1 cream (start with small cream)
  • corn starch very small amount to thicken.

  • Chicken, cut up into small pieces and cook in a different pot.

  • Superstore for curry seeds
