BBQ Chicken Legs


  • 1 Can Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbps red/white/or cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp molassaes
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cans red or black beans
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into 8ths.
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 chicken legs or 12 thighs or drumsticks
  • 4 green onion
  • cilantro 
  • 2 limes

Preheat oven to 325.  turn on convection fan.  Put everything into a pan and cover tightly with tin foil.  Cook for 2 hours, 3 hours for more flavor.
