White Fish Tagine


Cous Cous
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Mint
  • 300g cous cous

Tagine
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 handfull mixed olives
  • 1 small salted lemon
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tsp harissa
  • 700g passata
  • pinch of saffron + bit of water

Fish
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Corriander rolled into fillit
  • 2 - 4 plaice fillets skin off and pin boned


Salad
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 3 clementines
  • 1 tbsp extra vigin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 coriander

To Server
  • 1 tbsp harissa
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
