Kofta Kurry

Meat
  • 400g ground beef
  • garam masala (cinnamon, cumin, fennel seeds, cloves)
  • cooked lentils (tin)
  • olive oil on pan

crush together with hands and make about 12 balls.  cigar sized pieces.

Rice
  • 1 cup
  • 5-6 cardamon pods
  • french beans put in with rice.
  • after curry is made add some frozen peas

Meat Sauce

 
  • 1 onion
  • couple celery
  • 3 carrots chopped fine
  • meat 1lb hamburger 1lb ground pork | 10 minutes
  • 1 can crushed
  • 1 can diced
  • oregano
  • basil
  • salt pepper
 
more herbs at end.
add 1 green pepper at the end.

Pasta Pesto


Chicken
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 tbsp gapeseed oil
  • 1 - 2 chillies
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4-8 cloves of garlic.  keep in clove.  

Minestrone Chicken


Chicken & Soup
  • 6 pancetta [chopped]
  • olive oil
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
Take out after cooked.

Food Processor 1
  • 2 small carrots
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 red onion  
Put above into pot.  Then add only 1 stock cube.
  • 2 chicken stock cube

Meat
  • Pancetta
  • 2 Chicken Breasts (Pepper, salt, cumin, oregono)
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Oregano

Bread
  • French Bagget (Oven 150 degree)

White Fish Tagine


Cous Cous
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Mint
  • 300g cous cous

Tagine
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 handfull mixed olives
  • 1 small salted lemon
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tsp harissa
  • 700g passata
  • pinch of saffron + bit of water

Fish
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Corriander rolled into fillit
  • 2 - 4 plaice fillets skin off and pin boned
