Tortellini Primavera


Cook as directed
  • Tortellini

Saute 4-6 minutes.
  • Olive oil
  • 2 yellow summer squash chopped
  • 2 medium zucchini, chopped

Maybe warm cherries...
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • green onion
  • 1.5 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1/4 almonds, sliced, toasted.

Baked Ziti

Prep 20 mins / Bake 50 mins. 6 servings.

Cook Pasta, strain and add into Baking dish.
  • 3 Cups Ziti or Tube Pasta 

Houmous


Pita Bread
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
5 pita breads
salt & pepper

Houmous
  • 2 Cans Chick peas
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • zest of 2 lemons
  • 2-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • teaspoon of hot sauce, or paprika, bbq, cumin, and spies really.

Black Bean Salad

1/6 each part
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1-2 Corn can 
  • 1 Shallots / Garlic
  • 2 Avacado
  • 2 Limes + a bit of oil for 
  • salt / pepper / cayenne

White Sauce



Melt
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup flower
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Peach Curry


Brown
  • Chicken 
  • Onion & garlic in pan
Put into casserole dish
  • Cover with layer of canned peaches
  • Pour sauce over
  • Grate Cheese
  • Bake for 40 Minutes

Sauce
  • 500ml Whipping cream
  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • 3 tbs ketchup
  • 3 tbs peach juice
  • 2 tbp curry powder
