BBQ Chicken Legs


  • 1 Can Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbps red/white/or cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp molassaes
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cans red or black beans
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into 8ths.
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 chicken legs or 12 thighs or drumsticks
  • 4 green onion
  • cilantro 
  • 2 limes

Itchiban Noodles

Serves 4

  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 limes + zest
  • 1-2 carrots grated
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Shredded Basil, mint, and cilantro(non of this for smooth)
  • 2 green onion
  • 2 packs noodles. (cheapest)  
  • 1 chow main noodle

  • 3 packs for single meal minus the mint 
  • Spinach

Baked Honey Garlic Chicken


Cut chicken, dump in egg batter, and then covver in Panko.  Push the Panko In.
  • Chicken Breasts cut up into squares. 1 inch.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Panko

Sauce (add once finished baked):
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 green onions
  • sesame seeds.

Preheat oven to 400.   Lightly oil pan.  Cook for 15-20 minutes.


Red Sauce (Buttery Basil) (Alan)

In order add the following in a pan on medium high heat.  Turn off heat once it starts to splatter.

Crispy Marshmallow


  • 6 Cups of Rice Crispies
  • 250g of Marshmallows

Melt Marshmallows and add rice crispies, then butter glass pan and let cool in fridge.

Puffed Quinoa


Basil Lime Dressing
  • 1tbsp Basil
  • 1tbsp Parsley
  • 3tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Lime + zest
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Blend together until smooth.  Add salt + pepper to taste.

Puffed Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup Puffed Quinoa
  • 2 ripe heirloom tomatoes
  • 2-3 peaches, nectarine or apricot
  • 240g nut mix
  • micro greens, sprouts, herbs
