Lobster Tail & Spring Salad

Ingredients

  • Atlantic Lobster tail
  • Spanish Saffron
  • Asparagus-2-4 pieces
  • 8 oz of Prosciutto
  • Mixed lettuce Greens
  • Half litre of rice milk
  • 8 liquid oz of Heavy whipping cream

Seared Halibut & Red Beet


Prep
  • 1kg peeled red beets
  • Juice the peeled red beets (should produce 300ml juice)
  • salt & pepper
  • 60g Chia seeds & place in 4 bowls
  • settle it for 50 minutes
  • clean and wash lettuce and herbs for garnish salad

Waffle


  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Follow Recipe exactly.  To much sugar will result in burning when cooking.  

Use a little bit less than Half Cup measuring tool add into cooker.  Spread around.

Cook for about 8 Minutes.

Curry (Ronnie)

Butter chicken style Curry.

  • Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
Cook in a pot and brown.  Once brown take out and set aside.

  • 1 can crushed tomato.  Add a bit water and simmer.
  • 1 coconut milk (after tomatoes has simmered)
  • 1 cream (start with small cream)
  • corn starch very small amount to thicken.

  • Chicken, cut up into small pieces and cook in a different pot.

Jerk Pork


Jerk Sauce Marinade

  • Preheat oven to 500.
  • Use a half tablespoon of oil and our half a bottle of jerk sauce onto meat.  Oil helps coat the meat
  • 2 loins
  • Put meat in.  Turn oven down to 400.  
  • Cook for 30 Minutes.

Montreal Chicken

  • Butterfly chicken
  • lots of olive oil, 
  • sprink montreal chicken seasoning on top. 
  • Flip and do other side.
  • cook at 350 for around 45 minute.
