Curries



Thai Red Curry

  • Red Curry Paste Packet
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • tomatoes
  • potato or sweet potato
  • coloured peppers
  • cilantro for garnish
  • chicken cut up into small bite sized pieces

Cook chicken on it's own, then add into the sauce to give flavor.

Put sauce together and heat up.

Citrus Crunch Chicken


Chicken
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Shake n Bake Original
  • 4 Skinless boneless Chicken Breasts

  • 400 preheat.  30 minutes
  • parchment line line the pan
  • lay fruit slices on it.
  • then chicken

Taco Salad



Taco Shells
  • 4 large tortillas (8 Inches)
  • Pam
  • 425 for 6-8 minutes.  Until crispy brown.

Crumple up tin foil into 3 inch balls.  Lay tortillas on the ball on a baking pan.

Mac & Cheese



Macaroni
  • 3 cups

Cheese Sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter/margin
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cups cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • cayenne pepper
  • pepper to taste
  • chopped jalapeno if desired.
  • Optional **  2 1/2 medium sized spoons of truffle oil**

Sweet & Sour Vegies


Rice
  • 1 tsp schezuan pepper
  • 2 250g packs cooked brown rice
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 large eggs

Stir-Fry
  • Baby corn
  • 2 mixed color peppers
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 fresh red chili
  • 1 thumb size ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • sesame oil
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 heap tsp cornflour
  • 1 227g tin pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 200g beansprouts

Italian Fratata


Fratata

Grate in food processor
  • 2 zucchini

  • salt
  • pepper 
  • mint
  • and squeeze out the excess water.
  • olive oil and into the pan
  • thyme
  • Parmesan cheese
  • fetta cheese crushed on top.

Preheat oven to 425.  Cook for about 5 minutes,

  • 6 eggs
